New equinox 800 owner !

The package that I bought was supposed to have the six inch coil but there wasn't one in the box ! Why was that ? Otherwise I'm greatly impressed with it's power to find anything metal .

My first complaint is it did not have a Manuel, (68 pages) with the product. However, customer service and response time from the company is remarkable. (20 minutes.) Via email on the weekend after hours. Just because it does not have a booklet, is no reason to discredit the company. I will order from them again and have always purchased my detecting product from them. They have a video of how to use the product and how to assemble the product (56 minutes). Also you can download the Manuel to your phone. Thank you for your professionalism and response to my concerns. Great job.

Thankful to own it but have a lot to learn about it … the setting's, bells and whistles this detector offers. To be expected I guess, seeing it is one of the best of the best.
