I’ve been an AT Max user but thought I’d try a little more. The Equinox 800 has a learning curve but an hour or so on YouTube and a few minor adjustments volume, iron bias and response time and I’m getting the jest.
I found adjusting the volume up a little for each target range in 5 tone has made it easier for me to differentiate targets.
Was disappointed that the wireless headphones had an issue but High Plains went the extra mile to help. Although I was disappointed that I had to send them for service at my own expense after using them twice.
Alas, service center agreed with my issue and sent a new pair promptly.
High Plains is and will be my go to supplier for my digging needs.
