Religious Prayer Medallions Found Metal Detecting on Beach in North Captiva Island, Florida

Edward R. was on his first beach hunt with the Simplex+ metal detector on North Captiva Island, Florida when he found these "prayer medallions" as seen with safety pin included. The devotional metals depict St. Benedict, Our Lady Fatima, and the Infant of Prague.  These amulets are used as a good luck charm and is an object believed to confer protection upon its possessor. Ed thinks one might be silver but not likely of much value. It is a very food find for his first time out.

Ed Says, "The detachable sand scoop worked great and it was easy to carry that and the Simplex+ in my suitcase on the plane. Thanks HPP!"

Thanks for the submission Ed! Congratulations, you just qualified for a $5 store credit for your submission!
