Service great as always at High Plains. Greeted in door by friendly shop dogs. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Offered tips on product. Time will tell on headphones. Little fragile from first impression and not adjustable to fit different size heads. They are light and will allow using with wide brimmed sun hats.
