Fully Enclosed 15" x 18" Hopper

The Explorer features an oversized 15" x 18" hopper that provides ample room for feeding dry material. Its enclosed design helps prevent large rocks from getting underneath the classifier and interfering with the adjustable flow valve.

The hopper can be adjusted to three different feeding angles, allowing the operator to regulate how quickly different types of material enter the recovery box.

7" x 18" Recovery Box

The 7" x 18" recovery box uses a combination riffle system laser-cut from a single piece of steel. This construction provides consistent riffle placement and eliminates individual riffle components that could loosen or become misplaced.

A baffled first-riffle section helps distribute air pressure evenly across the recovery area. This controlled airflow helps reduce the risk of blowing ultra-fine gold out of the system at the first riffle.
