I couldn't be more pleased with this shovel! It is lite strong sturdy and cuts roots with ease compared to a regular tip shovel. The shaft/handle will move and pry a generous amount or weight.

REVIEW OF ROOT SLAYER, XL
So happy to receive my Rootslayer XL! Although right away i realized the 5 lbs. that it weighs is a little too heavy for me to lift. I wish they would make one around 4 lbs.--not too heavy and not too light. i have the smaller version, nomad spade, about 3 lbs. Its my go to shovel. But. its just too light for me. I may not be using too much of the Root Slayer XL since its heavy. But i'm still happy i purchased it and will buy it all over again.
