Mortar Details
6" tall by 6" inside diameter (6.5" OSD), 1/4" thick steel pipe with 1/4" heavy duty welded bottom. Weld is on the outside of the mortar. Mortar is painted black on the exterior only to prevent rusting during handling (not painted on the inside, expect some surface rust, which will not affect rock crushing.) Works great with our pneumatic rock crusher or with separate hand held crushing devices. This is the mortar only.

Ask me in June after I've had a chance to try it out. Thanks
I bought the pneumatic rock crusher and the mortar. The pneumatic rock crusher would not work with my smaller compressor. I don't have the best air hammer either. But I used the mortar anyway. I used a old sledge hammer head I bought in a yardsale, crushed the quart by hand. Between the head and a metal stake I got r done. I'll modify things a bit but the plexiglass cover I made for the pneumatic rock crusher doesn't work with my new set up.
