Our larger cupelling model has a chamfered chamber, to accommodate a #12 Mabor Cupel, with which you will cupel the lead from a lead prill, after first performing a fire assay, thus ending up with whatever precious metal is in your ore.
Please note: This kiln is not intended for melting precious metals or smelting ore concentrates. It is designed only for cupelling.
