Garrett Soft Case Camouflage Padded Carry Bag Carrying Handle Backpack

Solidly constructed case that eases my mind when transporting and storing my detector. I love the design and additional storage.

Nicely padded and durable, this case securely holds my GTI2500 with 12.5" coil mounted and two smaller coils with lower rods attached. The side pockets are handy and roomy for accessories. This case holds its shape rather than drooping and sagging like most detector bags do.

The bottom opening zipper is somewhat perplexing and could allow the contents to dump out if not fully closed, so keep that in mind and always check before lifting. Other than that, this is easily the best detector soft case I have encountered.

This gives a place for all the goodies I find, rather than in my pocket!

Bag fits my Garrett ATMAX, extended and ready to use (I am 5'3"). The pockets on the side hold a lot of extra gear. Velcro closure on the pockets are heavy duty. Happy with the purchase.

I purchased this as a gift for my Nephew to put his new AT Max, also a gift, into it for protection when not in use. It is large enough for the Max and other accessories with its many pockets. These are all various sizes. One thing I can't figure out is the bag zipper is on each end and bottom. Why the bottom? Any other bag I have, camera tripod bags and another metal detector bag, opens from the top on the handle side. This means you have to lay the bag and detector on it's side to open it with the detector on it's side. It's no big problem but seems awkward. Just my thoughts. Jimmy
