This coil provides a 25% increase in ground coverage as compared to an 8.5” x 11” DD coil. This makes the Reaper perfect for: working large fields, searching for caches, and swinging above stubble and other field obstructions that often hinder detection depth.
It also offers a significant increase in detection depth on medium to large-sized targets, while still maintaining excellent detection on small targets. This big coil is rugged and fully submersible. Weighing in at 21.6 ounces, its 14-inch size is still light enough to swing all day.
I bought the reaper for my AT max. It has added depth and clarity to deep signal like 3 ringers and brass. Very pleased with the performance

Nice Ground Covering Coil
The 14" x 11" DD Reaper on my AT Pro covers a lot of ground. Just be prepared to take a few more breaks as it's additional weight will be somewhat noticeable, as expected.

I re- detected a area that I found nothing at and it pulled out some deep coins. I'm happy with it but now I have to go redo all my spots.

Helps in big open clean spaces
While the size helps the weight is definitely noticeable and it doesn't like any kind of burred lines .
