Garrett 14" Gold Trap Gold Pan

I really like this pan. Small enough to handle easily and fit in a backpack. I also like the different riffle areas/options. I recommend this pan.

I haven’t used it yet because we live in the north east state and the water is still a little cold, but I’m waiting for it to warm up in May. I do like the classifiers because it gets rid of all the big stuff first. I live in an area where gold was found and where I’m headed, there were five gold mines so when the weather warms up, I will be trying a couple of the streams that people have told me there is gold in. I then get to try the gold pan out and see how it works.

Im new to the hobby and started with a 10 inch pan,and the switch to the Garret has upped my game. I understand why its considered the gold standard of pans. Thank you High Plains for the decent price, I shopped around a little bit and you had the lowest.
