My opinion is that you should send along with instructions of how to set up a pictures diagram so it leaves no doubts as to if it's set up correctly and maby describe what the glare is because not everyone knows what that means like my self I don't know if I have it improperly set up or if it dosnt work for what I'm trying to capture.
