Gold Ring Found In Shawnee Mission Park - Shawnee, KS

Recently a Ring Finding associate Ed. R. from Kansas City successfully helped us find a ring for a young couple at Shawnee Mission Park with his Nokta Legend Metal Detector.

Paul and Anika had a ring exchange ceremony on beautiful Saturday afternoon.  The next day, they enjoyed the day spending time at a local park and lake. Paul discovered he lost his ring but was confident he was wearing it when they entered the park.

They contacted High Plains prospectors for help finding the ring.  We reached out to avid metal detectorist, proven ring finder, and good friend Ed for assistance. Ed was able to get out and help them search for the ring.  After about 15 minutes of searching through pull tabs and can slaw, Ed hit a shallow solid target but it still couldn't be seen with the naked eye. Ed snapped into action by using his pinpointer to locate the target.  Lo and behold, he had successfully found the ring.

This recovery was invisible to the naked eye. It would never have been returned without the right equipment and operator. Credit the Nokta Legend, Accupoint pinpointer and High Plains Prospectors and detectorist Ed R. for saving another family heirloom!
