Too early to know anything

So, I have used the wheel (I call it an auto-panner) once to sort through some sands from Clear Creek near Golden CO. It took two goes as the first round was filled with adjusting water flow, etc. The final heavies were a mixture of zircon, garnet, magnetite, hornblende (?), some copper, probably monazite, and a few flakes of gold. Not much to get excited about, but the wheel appears to work as a way to separate gold and heavies out of largely light minerals without using heavy liquids and magnetic separators.
