short and sweet is what i call this sluice box...i took it out to a remote area i was wanting to try out and had awesome results!...i'm sure a longer box would trap more fine stuff but this one worked great on the larger stuff that i was hoping to see...might get another to lengthen the gold trapping ability as i am certain that some fine stuff was washing over although setting this one up in a slower current would have worked better...
