But have messed around in the yard and house to get use to the settings. Easy to set up and use, can't wait to find my fist find
Works great !!! Delivered fast . Drew and Justin are great answered all questions . Will use high plains prospectors for all my metal detecting needs. Thank you guys.
I am admittedly a novice treasure hunter and actually just sought to get a metal detector for some locating on my property. I had also planned a trip to the beach where I am as I write this having just used a metal detector for the first time to find unknown object. All I can say is WOW what a fun time. The Garrett Ace 300 worked beautifully and once I had what I believed was a valid target the PinPointer AT Pro recommended by High Plains was indispensable. I was able to locate then find with great ease different objects. Mind you my collection started with a bottle cap (supposed to be a nickel LOL), an aluminum pull tab (that was supposed to be a dime) but I did identify and in fact find a penny! For me it wasn't how valuable what I found was it was the thrill of hearing that beep in the same spot repeatedly then actually finding something. It's some of the best fun I've had in a while. I intend to keep sweeping the beach after the rain stops who knows, maybe I can help pay for this equipment but no matter what I do or don't find I know I'm going to have fun doing it. Kudo's to the team at High Plains for such great recommendations and pointing me to training materials.
